What goes in to each jar?
All the ingredients for each jam are listed on the product pages. Glamorous Jams are made with fruit, filtered water, sugar, herbs, spices and sometimes a little alcohol. We will never use any artificial additives of any kind.
What size are the jars?
All our jams come in 7oz jars. That's a little over 200g.
Are they suitable for vegetarians and vegans?
Absolutely. There are no animal-derived ingredients and no animal products used in the process at all.
What about allergy sufferers?
Unless stated in the ingredients we do not use nuts or seeds in any of our jams. In addition, all our jams are free from gluten, soy and dairy. However, we do handle these items in our kitchen so some traces may remain.
Why do you only make small batches?
When making jam the longer the cooking time the more flavour is lost. Making our jams in small batches ensures that we can keep the cooking time as short as possible and assures that every single jar tastes as bright and fresh as possible.
Are all your jams available all year round?
Core flavours such as Rasperry & Basil and Blackberry & Amaretto are available throughout the year. Some fruit - such as damsons, bergamot and Seville oranges - have a very short season so jams made from these ingredients will only be available for a short time. Get them while you can!
We also want to provide a great variety of fabulous flavours so we'll change the range every now and again to keep things fresh. If you have a favourite flavour that you haven't seen in a while let us know and we'll see what we can do.
How long can I keep it?
Unopened your Glamorous Jam can be kept for up to 12 months from the date of order. Please store it in a cool, dark place. Once opened keep it in the fridge and consume within three weeks.
Ordering & Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
We're just starting out so at the moment we only ship to mainland United Kingdom.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept online payment from all major debit and credit cards including American Express.
How do I know my order has been received?
You will receive an automated email as soon as your payment is received and then the Glamorous Jam team will send you a confirmation email when your items have been dispatched.
Can I cancel my order?
We are unable to cancel an order once it has been processed but if there's a problem get in touch via this contact form and we will try our best to resolve the issue.
What about refunds?
We work really hard to create great jams and we hope that you love them. But if you are not happy you can return your jam and we will refund 110% of the purchase price.
When will my jam arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders on the next working day. This means that orders made on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday (except Bank Holidays). All orders are sent via Royal Mail and should be with you in 5 working day, more during busy periods.
